Cancellation & Refund Policy
At PeaksView Chalets, we offer two types of booking rates to suit your travel plans: Refundable (Standard) and Non-Refundable. The cancellation policy applies based on the rate type selected at the time of booking.
1. Refundable Rate (Standard)
If you chose our Flexible / Standard Rate, the following terms apply:
- Full Refund: You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before your scheduled check-in date.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 1 day (24 hours) before check-in, as well as no-shows or early departures, are completely non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Rate
If you chose our Non-Refundable Rate (usually offered at a discounted price):
- No Refunds: Bookings made under this rate cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
- Total Amount: In the event of a cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
3. General Refund Processing
- All eligible refunds will be automatically credited back to the original credit/debit card or payment method used during booking.
- Please allow 5 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
