Welcome to PeaksView Chalets. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking and rental of our chalets.
By making a reservation on our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Booking and Payments
- Operator: This website and booking system are operated by Unsimple Homes LLC.
- Payment Authorization: By providing your credit/debit card information, you authorize Unsimple Homes LLC to charge the total booking amount and any applicable security deposits.
- Rates: All prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is officially confirmed.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00) local time.
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM local time.
- Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees unless agreed upon in advance.
3. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules
- Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated in your booking confirmation.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalets.
- Pets: Pets are allowed.
- Quiet Hours: Guests must respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM (22:00) to 7:00 AM.
- Parties: Large parties, events, and commercial gatherings are forbidden, explicitly approved by management prior to arrival.
4. Damages and Security Deposit
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the chalet, furniture, or surrounding property during their stay.
- We reserve the right to charge your payment method for the cost of any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after your departure.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Unsimple Homes LLC and its property managers are not responsible for the loss of guest valuables, personal injuries, or accidents occurring on the property or during outdoor activities in the surrounding nature reserves.
- Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
